Rruga nga Kukësi në Zapod, gjarpëron mes maleve në një terren të vështirë, e pa shtruar e në mungesë të plotë mirëmbajtjeje. Në skaj të saj janë të dukshme hidrocentralet, plot 7 të tilla, prej të cilave banorët thonë se nuk kanë përfituar asgjë.
